PC Support Technician

Bowhead is seeking a Personal Computer Support Technician to assist the Force Support Squadron on Mountain Home AFB in the role of Information / Office / Publications Manager and Cyber Security Liaison. As a liaison to the Cyber Security Team, this individual configures new computers for initial operation, installs hardware and software, troubleshoots and repairs hardware and software defects/problems, maintains LAN equipment/server, requests and builds user accounts, processes AFCERT and PC virus detection updates.
Major Duties include:
Collects and disseminates information (mail and messages) for internal/external review, processes communication and distribution, and maintains a suspense file. Researches answers to inquiries and provides answers or referrals.
Maintains publication files and the file system and serves as the Publication and File Manager. As required, maintains a stock of blank forms and manages the AFRIMS (Air Force Records Information Management System) database.
Performs office management duties such as review appointment to and assumption of command administrative orders and obtain the commander's coordination on all G-series orders pertaining to appointment/assumption of command.
Create and maintain the SharePoint pages for MPS and CPS.
Requirements? Associate's Degree in information technology field PLUS four (4) years of demonstrated experience in LAN / office automation / information technology management.
CompTia A+, Network+, or Security+ and at least two (2) years' demonstrated experience in Sharepoint, AFRIMS, and AFCERT processes highly preferred.
Previous military experience in AFSCs 3A0XX, 3C0XX, 3C1XX, 3C2XX, or sister service equivalents is highly preferred.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
